Traditionally, on May 3, Krosno inhabitants celebrated another, already 231st, anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution. The celebrations began with a concelebrated Holy Mass in the intention of the homeland in the Collegiate Basilica of the Holy Trinity – Fara. Then flowers were laid under a plaque on the Wall of Remembrance in the courtyard of the Basilica, commemorating the creators of the first Basic Law in Europe. Flowers were laid by parliamentarians, local authorities of the city of Krosno, representatives of local enterprises, uniformed services, scouts and students of local schools and representatives of PGNiG Technologie S.A.
