She graduated from sociology (the East European State Higher School in Przemyśl, the University of Rzeszów) and from the Literary and Artistic Studies at the Jagiellonian University. She is currently continuing her educational development through prestigious management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. A participant in a number of courses and conferences on issues such as mediation and negotiation, energy security, energy policy, environmental protection and sustainable development ˗ in both environmental and social aspects.

For many years, she has held leadership positions in community organisations as well as public and private entities. In particular, she developed her managerial competence from 2014 to 2018 as the director of the Railway Treatment District SPZOZ in Przemyśl and the deputy director for the organisation of open treatment and development of the Provincial Hospital named after Padre Pio in Przemyśl.

A community activist and local government worker with many years of experience ˗ Councillor of the City Council of Przemyśl in the term 2006-2010 and Councillor Vice-Chairperson, then Chairperson of the City Council of Przemyśl in the term 2014-2018. In 2001, she presented the Parliament with a civic bill on the protection of children from harmful content in the media. She actively supported the project of reactivating the Power District in Przemyśl.

From 2018 to 2020, she served as Deputy Governor of the Podkarpackie Province, being responsible, among other things, for the implementation of government administration tasks in the areas of construction supervision, road transport, environmental protection, surveying and cartographic control and the Land Information System, as well as the protection of consumer rights or the protection of the state's economic interests.

Former president and currently member of the main board of the Association of Catholic Families of the Archdiocese of Przemyśl, which conducts a number of social and educational projects, also co-financed by public funds.

She actively supports the activities of academic movements and organisations
