She is a Manager with many years of extensive experience, in particular in managing teams of people.

She has successfully carried out many social and educational projects, including those co-financed from public funds. She has practical knowledge of obtaining external sources of financing. She has strategic thinking skills.

She completed her master's degree in Kraków in 1997.

In 2003, she successfully passed the examination for candidates for members of supervisory bodies before the examination committee appointed by the then Minister of the Treasury.

Since 2019, she has been a member of supervisory boards of companies with State Treasury participation.
Since February 2023, she has been the Vice-President of the Management Board of PGNiG Technologie SA.

As Vice-President of the Management Board, she is responsible for managing personnel policy, property and administration, and also supervises the area of communication and CSR.
