The Oil & Gas Infrastructure Construction Division is involved in the construction of gas transmission pipelines in the full range
of operating pressures and diameters, including auxiliary infrastructure. Our services in this regard:

• steel pipelines:
  - in the full range of diameters
  - in each material group
  - in any range of wall thickness,

• Welding by automatic and semi-automatic methods in accordance with the latest processes,

• cut-off and bleed valve systems,

• earthworks,

• trench drainage,

• pressure testing and drying of gas pipelines,

• hot tapping on operating gas pipelines (TD Williamson method)

• cathodic protection of gas pipelines,

• laboratory services (DT and NDT),

• land obstacle clearing by trenchless methods.

The Company operates automatic orbital welding machines for processing of DN 350 and plus diameter pipes based on the
Piper Plus System from Lincoln Electric.
Welding procedures:

• 135 – Metal arc active gas welding,

• 136 – Flux-cored wire metal arc welding with active gas shield,

• 111 – Arc welding with consumable electrodes covered in flux,

• 114 – Flux-cored wire metal arc welding,

• 141 – Tungsten inert gas welding,

• 311 – Oxy-acetylene welding.

The Company builds and retrofits gas pipelines and gas distribution infrastructure in the medium and low pressure ranges and made of PE
or steel pipes. In this regard, the products and services of the Oil & Gas Infrastructure Construction Division include:

• construction and retrofitting of low and medium pressure gas distribution networks built with butt welding and
  electrofusion welded PE pipes,

• construction and retrofitting of moderate high pressure gas distribution networks built with steel pipes in the full
  pressure and material range,

• gas service lines for private and industrial consumers,

• earthworks,

• gas network and service line design.
